the location was superb, providing easy access to nearby attractions. the room featured soft drinks in the fridge that were replenished daily. i found the breakfast selection excellent, with high-quality options to start the day.

David b at the concierge desk was genuinely kind and helpful the concierge gave us a tour of the hotel with enthusiasm. the free minibar items were a nice touch, i appreciated the large balcony attached to my room. the location is very convenient near the tram and train station.
i noticed that the furniture on the terrace showed some wear and tear. the condition wasn't quite at the level i expected.

the staff members were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with a smile. david showed us around, explaining all the facilities the hotel had. the service.

The location was great. It was near the tram stop and main shopping areas. I attended a show at the Playhouse and found it next door. The room was spacious and included a nice balcony. I liked the complimentary drinks. That was a nice surprise.
The hotel seems to need some care, and the price seems high compared to what the hotel offers.

Breakfast offered a basic selection, but the produce seemed to be of a high standard. I found the cafe and bar area comfortable and cute. The staff in these areas worked hard and were always polite.
